Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Hotel Vienna over Easter, I found it to be the perfect blend of comfort and local culture. The rooms were impeccably clean, featuring modern amenities - including Sky TV and a cozy minibari - that made my downtime delightful. I loved how the friendly staff informed us about local events and were always available to assist, even with our bags before check-in. While breakfast was somewhat limited, I appreciated the ability to order made-to-order eggs and bacon alongside an array of tempting cakes and brioche. The true charm of the hotel, however, lies in its ideal location, just a stone's throw from dining spots and hiking trails. As an art historian, I couldn't help but admire the tasteful decor curated by the Scalet family, which speaks to their commitment to elegance and hospitality. This stay at Hotel Vienna felt both rejuvenating and enriching, setting the stage for exploring the breathtaking Pale di San Martino landscape. I can imagine future visits, perhaps with friends who share my passion for art and history, diving deeper into the local culture and natural beauty.
